お客様の個人情報について（Privacy Policy)

システムハウスだてでは個人情報の取り扱いにつきまして、以下のことを堅く厳守いたします。

1.個人情報の管理

お客様の大切な顧客情報は、責任を持って安全に保管し、管理業務以外に第三者に流す、もしくは販売するといったようなことはいたしません。

2.個人情報収集

ユーザーの皆様から提供していただいた個人情報を、ユーザーの皆様へ有用な情報をお届けするなどの正当な目的のために収集します。

3.個人情報の利用

ご質問の内容によって、当社の関係会社、業務の委託先、提携先等、当社の事業上のお客様からご回答を行う場合がございます。このため、ご登録頂いた内容をこれらのお客様に転送させて頂く場合がございます。

4.業務委託先への義務付け

法令に基づき開示が義務づけられる等の特別な事情がない限り、お客様の事のご承諾なく、当社の関係会社、業務の委託先、提携先等の第三者に開示、提供することはありません。

5.第三者への開示

当店が取得したお客さまの個人データは、下記の場合を除き、原則として、いかなる第三者にも開示することはありません。
・開示先、開示情報内容を特定したうえで、お客さまの合意がある場合
・裁判所や警察などの公的機関から法律に基づく正式な要請を受けた場合

6.ポリシーの改善

当社は、この方針の実施に必要な社内の管理体制を構築すると共に、個人情報の取り扱いに関する社会環境の変化に対応し、必要に応じて本方針をはじめとする社内規程を見直し、継続的な改善を図ります。
